MiloJulo Terms of Use

Last updated 27 October 2026. Effective from the date you accept them in the app.

These terms are the agreement between you and MiloJulo ("we", "us"). By creating an account you accept them, together with the Community Guidelines and the Data Notice, which are part of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use MiloJulo.

1. What MiloJulo is

MiloJulo helps you find people near you whose intent matches yours: friends, activity partners, people to date, people to work with. You choose what you are looking for (your Modes), we show you people within the distance you choose, and either of you can ask to connect. A chat opens only when both of you agree. You can also post and join Activities and join Circles.

MiloJulo is an introduction service and an intermediary: the profiles, messages, photos and Activities on it are written and sent by Members, not by us.

We do not vet, interview, verify the identity of, or background-check anyone. A verified email means someone could read a code sent to that address; it says nothing about who they are. Treat everyone you meet here as a stranger, because they are.

2. Who can use MiloJulo

3. Your account

4. Casual and adult content

The Casual Mode is explicitly about adult intent. A request under Casual is possible only between two people who have both chosen it, and images and video in a Casual chat need both people to allow media in that chat first. Either of you can turn that off at any time. Everything the Community Guidelines say may not be sent applies in Casual too.

5. Your content

You own what you post: your photos, prompt answers, messages, Activities and so on. To run MiloJulo you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, resize, display and transmit that content to the people the app shows it to, for as long as it is on MiloJulo, and afterwards only as the Data Notice says (for example, a copy kept as evidence for a report). We do not sell your content or use it in advertising.

You promise that you have the right to post what you post, and that it does not break these terms, the Community Guidelines or the law. Do not post anything that belongs to someone else, including photos of other people, without their permission.

Other Members' content is theirs. Do not copy, share or publish it outside MiloJulo.

6. What you may not do

The Community Guidelines set this out in full. In short, you may not post, send or share anything that:

You also may not scrape MiloJulo, copy it, reverse-engineer it, use bots or automation, create accounts in bulk, or try to get around blocks, bans, rate limits or our security.

7. Meeting people

Meetings arranged through MiloJulo are between you and the other person. We are not there and we do not supervise them. Read the safety advice in the app before a first meeting: meet somewhere public, tell a friend where you are going, arrange your own way there and back, and leave if anything feels wrong. You never owe anyone an explanation. If someone harms you, contact the police first, then report them to us.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the conduct of any Member, on or off MiloJulo. This does not take away any right you have against the person who harmed you.

8. Moderation, suspension and bans

We may hide, remove or refuse content, and suspend or close an account, when we believe these terms or the Community Guidelines have been broken, when the law requires it, or to protect someone. How reporting and moderation work is in the Community Guidelines. A person reviews reports.

A ban is permanent. We do not currently have a way to reverse one. If you think we got it wrong, write to [email protected] or to the Grievance Officer (section 13) and a person will read it.

9. Ending it

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account), or by writing to [email protected] from the email address you sign in with. What happens to your data is in the Data Notice.

We may change, pause or stop MiloJulo, or any part of it. If we close the service we will tell Members with as much notice as we reasonably can.

10. No warranties

MiloJulo is free and is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will always be available, that it will be free of faults, that anyone is who they say they are, or that you will meet anyone.

11. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of data, profits or opportunity, or for anything another Member says or does, online or in person. Because MiloJulo is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to ₹5,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer that cannot be waived.

12. Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of content you posted, how you used MiloJulo, or your breach of these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.

13. Grievance Officer

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you can complain about content on MiloJulo, about how we handled a report, or about these terms, to our Grievance Officer:

We acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days of receiving it. A complaint that content shows your private body, nudity or sexual acts, or impersonates you (including morphed images), is acted on within 24 hours: we remove or block access to it. You can also report any content directly in the app.

If you are not satisfied with the Grievance Officer's decision, you may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee set up by the Government of India (gac.gov.in) within 30 days.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first; most problems are solved that way. Subject to that, the courts of Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of the country you live in gives you a right to bring a claim in your own courts.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. When a change affects what you agreed to, we publish a new version, show it to you in the app and ask you to accept it before you carry on using MiloJulo. Until you accept, your profile is hidden. Smaller corrections (typos, clearer wording) are made on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

16. General

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we have not given up the right to. You may not transfer your account or these terms to anyone else.
